Description
Located in a magnificent estate constructed by steel tycoon Henry Clay Frick on one of the many luxurious houses located along the former 'Millionaires’ Row' of Fifth Avenue, this art collection is truly something to marvel at. Within the dozen graceful chambers of the museum, you can find many renowned artists’ creations, such as Titian, Vermeer, Gilbert Stuart, El Greco, Joshua Reynolds, Van Dyck, and Rembrandt, alongside sculptures, ceramics, antique furniture, and clocks. For those with a passion for classical music, there are piano and violin concerts held at the museum on certain Sunday evenings.
