Our expert instructors will guide you through flowing series of yoga poses designed to accommodate all fitness levels, helping you find balance and harmony in the heart of the city, reconnecting you with Nature and the bliss of being fully peacefully present. MORE INFO Our Yoga classes combine breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building strength and flexibility with a mindful focus. The classes are meant to establish the foundation of the yoga practice with flowing movements and an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment. Our classes are 1 hour long and open to all fitness level as we offer variations and options to fit every body. Reserve your class: space is limited! The Yoga Trail has been offering yoga classes outdoors since 2012, reconnecting people with Nature in Central Park, New York City, and creating a lively community of local and international people. Cultivating consciousness for the environment and harmony within, we offer group and private classes, corporate events, and yoga vacations in our Yoga Eco Farm in Italy! RECOMMENDATIONS. - Please arrive early so that class may start on time without disruption. - Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach and bare feet. - Bring your yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and something warm for final relaxation. - Please talk to your instructor about any pre-existing physical condition. Teachers will do their best to provide modifications to suit your needs. Honor your body! MEETING LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS. - Meeting point is 15 min before class in front of the cafe Le Pain Quotidien inside Central Park, north side of Sheep Meadow. From there we'll walk together to the class location. Please arrive early so that class may start on time without disruption. - Closest park entrance is W69th St. From there just walk along the path until you hit the major road with cyclists, cross it and keep walking with the big lawn (Sheep Meadow) on your right until you reach the cafe.
